So with my book eagerly sat on my knee, it was with great expectation that we opened the letter.
It is an acknowledgement. We will hear about our grant application within the next 6 weeks. Fingers and pages crossed!

Right next time you see me you gotta tell me about this book. I gather it's about your face pictures, which I ADORE!! What a shame you didn't get the Arts Council funding. But yeah, let me hear all about it, and I might even be able to do some lobbying for you.

ps: my book on London (for Double Dutchies only) has to be finished end July and will be published in October!!
